Returns and Exchanges

At Midnite Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward Refund and Return Policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Returns and Exchanges Eligibility

You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Condition of Item: The item must be in new, unwashed, and unused condition. It should be returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  2. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns or exchanges.
  3. Return Authorization: Please contact our Customer Service team at midniteapparelco@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending the item back. Items returned without an RA number may not be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page or during checkout.
  • Items that have been washed, worn, or altered in any way.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at midniteapparelco@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and receive further instructions.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with all accessories, tags, and labels.
  3. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item to the address given to you in your response from customer service.
  5. Use a trackable shipping method and consider purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refund and Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as follows:

  • Refunds: We will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days after receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will process and ship the replacement item within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Additional Information

  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  • Midnite Apparel reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria.
  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
